About My Coaching
Coaching Style
I ask big questions and use a holistic lens to guide you toward the life you want to live and the person you want to be. I help you set big goals and each week I will guide you closer to those goals, step by step. I will directly and lovingly challenge you when your words are not aligning with your actions. To supplement our sessions, I will provide home practices: journal prompts, reading material, quizzes, meditations, worksheets, etc. I will not heal you, because I would never take that power away from you. I will, however, guide you toward healing yourself by teaching you new skills and creating a safe and nourishing environment for you to face yourself honestly and move toward a more authentic life. That’s my job, and I love this job.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Wellness Counselor, Meditation Instructor, and a Wellness Coach Educator. I received my M.A. in Clinical Counseling and B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University. For nine years, I have provided individual and group counseling, provided holistic coaching, taught wellness courses and workshops, managed a university Wellness Coaching Program, and trained over 300 therapists and life coaches. I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, phobias, trauma, addictions, autism, schizophrenia, and many other struggles.
