It’s an honor to help clients not only heal through a painful season, but also uncover their unique gifts along the way. I enjoy guiding clients toward a deeper relationship with themselves, others, nature, and God, and helping them step more fully into a life that aligns with their values. To anyone who chooses to work with me, thank you for placing your trust in me.
Counseling Style
I use a whole-person lens to treat your mind, body, and spirit. I ask big questions and provide unconditional presence to cultivate a safe and nourishing environment for healing to sprout. I am not here to lecture you, but instead will listen, teach you skills, and lovingly point out when your actions are not aligning with your values in order to guide you step-by-step towards an authentic life. I will see the goodness in you and the potential in you, especially when you struggle to see it yourself.
To supplement our sessions, I will provide home practices: journal prompts, reading material, quizzes, meditations, worksheets, etc.
