• Personalized digital coaching folder with your evolving coaching plan and weekly exercises

• Home practices (journal prompts, readings, quizzes, meditations, worksheets, etc)

Payment & Cancelation Policy

• Individual sessions and coaching packages are paid in full upfront (if you need a payment plan for coaching packages, email me and we will figure out a plan together)

• Coaching packages may be used at your own pace

• If you must cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid a $20 late fee

Insurance

I am able to provide a more holistic and customized experience for you by not working under my counseling license or accepting insurance, which is why I offer coaching and not counseling. Insurance companies dictate how counselors work with clients, by requiring us to diagnose after one session and even directing our treatment. Every client is unique and more complex than any insurance company could know, so I require out of pocket payments to allow me to provide the most aligned and customized coaching services possible.
